Child Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Educator to join our team. As a key member of our educational staff, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for children aged 6 months to 5 years.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing curriculum programs that promote learning through play. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure a high-quality educational experience for all children.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing curriculum programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Leading and mentoring a team of educators to achieve excellent educational outcomes
- Collaborating with colleagues to plan and implement programs that meet the diverse needs of children
- Maintaining accurate records of children's progress and development
- Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards one)
- A solid understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Real-world experience working with children aged 0-5 years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A current Working with Children Check
