We are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team as tutors for students in grades K-12.

As a tutor, you will have the opportunity to share your knowledge and skills with students, helping them to achieve their academic goals.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate pride in their role and thrive in an environment where they can guide others towards success.

Bright Academics offers a supportive and collaborative environment, where tutors can work together to deliver high-quality education services.

Our services will be available to all of Sydney, and we are looking for tutors who are able to drive or reliably commute to and from students' homes.

We also offer online classes, and tutors will need to be able to host and organise these sessions effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing lesson plans that meet the needs of individual students
  • Providing effective communication and feedback to students and parents
  • Journalling progress after every lesson
  • Adapting to changing student needs and lesson plans

In addition to your teaching skills, you will need to have:

  • A drivers licence or ability to reliably commute using public transport
  • Work experience (favourable but not essential)
  • A genuine passion in education and helping others improve their education
  • Reliability and commitment to the role, with a minimum of one term

This is a casual position, with afternoon and day shifts available. Please note that this role requires:
