Senior Occupational Health Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Health Services Professional to deliver high-quality medical assessments and pre-employment checks in various industries. In this role, you will conduct workforce medicals and assessments, ensuring employees are fit for work and compliant with relevant industry health standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive pre-employment/health assessments, including functional capacity assessments, drug & alcohol testing, and health surveillance checks.
- Perform audiometry, spirometry, and ECGs as part of workplace medicals.
- Maintain accurate health records and collaborate with the team to finalize compliant assessments.
- Work in partnership with stakeholders to provide a streamlined health assessment service.
- Offer a client-centric approach to health assessments and support occupational health initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
About You:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with current AHPRA registration.
- Desirable experience in occupational health or clinical backgrounds.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Excellent administration, case management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
