Job Role

We are seeking skilled individuals to provide care and support to clients in their homes.

The role involves performing domestic tasks, including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and household organization to maintain a safe environment for clients.

You will need to assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management, while promoting independence and dignity.

Accompanying clients to appointments and community-based activities, providing transportation assistance when necessary, is also a key responsibility.

You must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Aged care or disability experience is highly desirable.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with comprehensive insurance.
  • COVID vaccination (minimum of 2 doses).
  • National Police Check completed within the last 3 years.
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate.
  • NDIS Workers Screening check and NDIS Orientation Module Certificate, or willingness to obtain them upon employment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to regular and consistent shift schedules.
