Job Title

ICT Specialist for Education Sector

Description

We are seeking highly experienced IT professionals to join our team as ICT Specialists in the education sector. This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure in schools
  • Administer and support school networks and server environments
  • Provide ICT support services in large, technology-driven learning environments
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hyper-V virtualisation administration
  • Administration of Windows and Linux-based servers
  • Cloud service administration (Google Workspace & Microsoft 365)
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM) deployment and administration
  • Advanced enterprise networking (Cisco & HP switching)
  • Cisco wireless technologies (controllers, APs)
  • SOE and image deployment, with advanced troubleshooting skills
  • Experience supporting large fleets of desktops and notebooks
  • Experience with 1:1 and BYOD device planning, deployment, and management

About the Role

This is not an entry-level position. To be considered, candidates must have at least 5 years of industry experience, including previous experience within the TSSP program, extensive experience in the education sector, or equivalent senior-level corporate IT support experience.
