About Our Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Visa Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing customer order forms, assessing the accuracy of submitted documents, and activating or creating customer orders in our system.

Additionally, you will work collaboratively with our dispatch teams to ensure couriers are booked and cancelled in a timely manner, archive closed files as directed, and answer basic billing questions.

You will also be responsible for maintaining performance standards to ensure quality service and optimal performance. This includes proactively identifying potential problems, managing public mailboxes, and maintaining agreed timeframes for workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review customer order forms and assess the accuracy of submitted documents
  • Activate or create customer orders in our system
  • Work collaboratively with dispatch teams to ensure couriers are booked and cancelled in a timely manner
  • Archive closed files as directed
  • Answer basic billing questions
  • Maintain performance standards to ensure quality service and optimal performance
