Job Summary

You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing electronic and mechanical systems problems, primarily related to surface and downhole equipment.

About the Role
  • Troubleshoot and repair logging surface and downhole logging equipment.
  • Assist in supervising and mentoring other technicians in the electronics lab.
  • Utilize Correction Prevention and Improvement and Preventative Maintenance systems for record keeping of maintenance.
  • Work with operations leaders, technical managers, and engineers regarding job-related failure diagnosis and elimination of causes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and repair logging surface and downhole logging equipment.
  • Supervise and mentor other technicians in the electronics lab.
  • Implement corrective action and improvement systems for maintenance record keeping.
  • Collaborate with operations leaders, technical managers, and engineers on job-related issues.
Role Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in wireline & perforating tool maintenance.
  • Use investigative tools and promote safety awareness.
  • Able to travel to and work in remote operations.
  • Full working rights for the region.
  • Strong communication and supervisory skills.
