We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team at Wyndham Destinations. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving defined targets through effective management of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver sales targets by supporting and motivating staff to achieve performance goals
  • Provide training, education, and performance monitoring for the sales team
  • Support marketing programs and educate sales staff on marketing strategies
  • Represent the company in an ethical, moral, and professional manner
  • Participate in management duties, training sessions, and sales meetings

Requirements:

  • Previous Timeshare/Vacation Ownership sales experience with a proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership ability, including motivating, coaching, and performance management
  • Effective communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with internal and external customers
