Job Opportunity

The role of a facilities management professional is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of organizational activities. In this capacity, you will be responsible for overseeing critical operational activities and guaranteeing that our facilities and procurement functions are efficient, compliant, and impactful.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To lead minor accommodation and maintenance projects to successful completion, leveraging your expertise to optimize resources and outcomes.
  • To actively participate in audit processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement recommendations that drive continuous improvement.
  • To spearhead process and system enhancements, updating policies and guidelines through collaborative efforts with your team.
  • To champion our core values of quality, respect, and performance accountability within a dynamic and challenging work environment.

About You

This role requires experience and expertise in facilities management functions such as leasing, property management, safety regulations, and refurbishment projects. Strong leadership skills to manage and develop your team to achieve high-quality outcomes are essential. A commitment to maintaining high practice standards through governance and risk management is also required. Effective communication skills to engage stakeholders, deliver technical presentations, and advise senior management are crucial.
