Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Organisational Development and Culture Transformation Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive cultural transformation and leadership development within our organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of cultural transformation initiatives to drive strong leadership capability, workforce agility, and strategic delivery.
  • Design and deliver leadership programs to build internal leadership capability, including succession pathways and onboarding.
  • Work closely with HR, Change, and L&D to identify and action leadership development gaps and opportunities.
  • Lead training on leadership, culture, and organisational effectiveness topics.
  • Proactively develop and maintain productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in an organisational development role.
  • 5+ years' experience coaching and developing leaders.
  • Experience in cultural transformation projects.
  • Experience in a multi-industry, multi-location organisation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Human Resources, or a similar field.
  • Barrett Culture Assessment Certification.
  • PROSCI or other change management certifications.
  • Hogans, Korn Ferry, LSI, or similar facilitation certifications.
