Support Role in Residential Care

We are seeking a dedicated individual to support individuals aged 18-65 with learning disabilities and medical conditions in a residential care home setting.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will work 36 hours per week on a rota basis, including weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Providing personal care and assisting with medication as required.
  2. Carrying out domestic tasks such as cleaning and laundry duties.
  3. Assisting with meal preparation and completion of daily reports.
  4. Attending staff meetings and supporting residents in the community.
  5. Participating in activities within the home and community, including social events and worship.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience preferred.
  • NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification is essential.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance is required for this role.
