About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled professionals to work on a casual basis, delivering high-quality merchandising solutions for leading brands across various retail stores.

As an In-Store Merchandising Specialist with CROSSMARK, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining visually appealing point-of-sale displays, engaging with store managers and team members to ensure effective task completion, and promoting a wide range of products from renowned brands.

You will work independently, utilizing your organizational skills and attention to detail to deliver exceptional results. Your strong communication abilities will enable you to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain premium in-store displays that meet client expectations
  • Collaborate with store staff to schedule tasks and allocate resources effectively
  • Utilize technology to report daily progress and provide high-quality visual evidence of work completed

Requirements

To succeed as an In-Store Merchandising Specialist at CROSSMARK, you should possess:

  • A valid car driver's license and reliable vehicle (no learner's permit accepted)
  • Supermarket retail experience is preferred but not essential; no prior experience necessary
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • An ability to work autonomously and as part of a cohesive team
