About Our Concierge Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Concierge Team at Crown Towers Perth.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with exceptional guest service skills to make a real impact on our guests' experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for securing arrangements for events, activities, transport, and services throughout their stay.

You will work closely with our Front Office operation to ensure accurate handling of financial transactions and maintain knowledge of Crown products and local attractions.

Your attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences with warmth and attentiveness.
  • Assist daily Concierge operations, including booking tours, transfers, and reservations.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the Front Office and other departments.
  • Participate in team briefings and training to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
About You
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and building lasting relationships.
  • Strong administrative and computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A high level of discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Previous experience in a frontline hotel operations role, preferably at a Concierge desk.
