Marketing Director

As a marketing leader, you will spearhead the development and execution of impactful digital and traditional campaigns to promote our organisation. You will be responsible for managing website content and providing support to the Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and analyse digital performance using analytics tools, identifying areas for improvement and making data-driven adjustments to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Manage and optimise our website to deliver an exceptional user experience and drive engagement, staying current with best practices in digital marketing.
- Mentor and guide colleagues on SEO and SEM best practices, ensuring the team's growth and adherence to industry standards in digital marketing.
- Support business initiatives and contribute to a culture that is inclusive, customer-focused, results-driven, and accountable.
- Align work activities with departmental Business Plans and Strategy, supporting implementation and balancing value for our stakeholders within financial constraints.
To succeed in this role, you will have a tertiary qualification in Marketing, PR, Advertising, Communications or a relevant field, or significant senior leadership experience in Digital Marketing.
- A strong understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and practices related to marketing and promotions.
- Demonstrated people skills to support, influence, and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Well-developed writing, presentation, and speaking skills to engage with stakeholders and achieve desired outcomes.
- Effective problem-solving and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build partnerships and collaborations.
