Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop software solutions using the latest technologies and infrastructure
- Implement solutions in alignment with shared platforms and solutions, collaborating closely with system engineers, frontend developers, and software developers
- Participate in product/solution requirement discussions with the Product Manager, Architect, and Tech Lead to translate visions into prioritized technical requirements, user stories, and a well-groomed product backlog
- Adhere to SOLID principles for object-oriented design and programming to enhance code readability, maintainability, and scalability
- Analyze performance parameters and assess application performance to ensure efficiency
- Contribute to core data structures, algorithms, and their implementation in selected technologies
- Foster collaboration across functional teams to ensure aligned activities and deliverables
- Champion world-class quality in product development and support
- Apply SDLC principles, Lean/Agile/XP methodologies, CI, software/product security, scalability, documentation practices, refactoring, and testing techniques
- 1+ years experience as a Backend Developer or similar position
- Familiarity of MLOps and Dev Ops
- Possess a general overview of generative AI and prompt engineering
- Strong understanding of Data structures and algorithms
- Experience with Python and is preferred
- Experience in managing version control software like Git Hub
- A good understanding of the Dev Ops process and how to effectively manage CI and CD
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- Hands-on and solid experience with cloud-based platform (i.e. AWS, Azure) solution experience
- Experience in Agile Methodology
- Use of JIRA is a must
