Light Vehicle Mechanical Apprenticeship

This prestigious apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to learn from industry experts and become a highly skilled technician.

As an apprentice, you will embark on a 3-year accelerated program, working towards your Certificate III while earning a wage.

  • Perform minor servicing tasks on light vehicles
  • Assist technicians as needed
  • Clean working areas
  • Operate electrical test equipment
  • FOLLOW safe working practices in an automotive environment
  • Use and maintain tools and equipment specific to BMW standards
  • Identify automotive electrical systems and components
About You:
  • Passionate about automotive and committed to becoming a skilled technician
  • Strong sense of self-motivation and enthusiasm with a high work ethic and 'can do' attitude
  • Honesty, trustworthiness, and punctuality
  • Current driver's License or close to obtaining one preferred
  • Certificate II in Automotive or demonstrated experience ideal
