Tax Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our Brisbane Corporate Tax team at GTAL. As an integral member of our team, you will deliver integrated advice to private business owners, family groups, and high-net-worth clients, considering the unique dynamics of such businesses.
Key Responsibilities- Provide tailored technical income tax advice to clients
- Manage tax compliance and governance frameworks for large client groups, including those with sizeable trusts
- Assist dynamic clients with transactions and advise on business structuring and tax due diligence
- Advise on and address tax issues affecting cross-border investments and structures
- Provide tax advisory support to the wider GTAL team and other professionals
- Qualification(s) and/or professional accreditation(s) in a relevant discipline such as Business/Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- Significant relevant experience in a professional services environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to formulate and present technical advice to a wide range of audiences
- Excellent stakeholder management, written, and spoken communication skills, with an interest in developing strong client relationships
- 9-day fortnight with no salary reduction
