Aged Care Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to work in our residential aged care home, located on the Sunshine Coast.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance with resident mobility needs, including manual handling
  • Support residents with mealtime needs, such as food and drink preparation and feeding if required
  • Encourage participation in social activities
  • Assist with personal care needs, maintaining hygiene, toileting, and personal care

Requirements:

  • Certificate III Individual Support or similar qualification with relevant aged care units completed
  • Valid working rights in Australia
  • Willingness to complete a police check
  • Current flu vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
  • Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination (minimum of 1 dose)
