Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced National Team Leader to join our leadership team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and direction to our mental health professionals, ensuring that business objectives are met.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide leadership and management to Access Psych staff, ensuring that business objectives are met.
  • Talent Acquisition and Development: Drive and coordinate the recruitment of mental health professionals for Access Psych, onboard, support, and mentor Access Psych clinicians.
  • Clinical Service Delivery: Lead the Access Psych clinician team to create a positive culture of performance excellence in all aspects of service delivery, complete clinical treatment services in the Access Psych clinic, and develop and maintain team resources for the Access Psych clinical team and broader Access Psych Team as required.
  • Workforce Planning and Management: Assist staff to develop positive stakeholder relationships, lead and support clinicians to manage their workload and work capacity, and support team engagement and collaboration.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated skills and experience in leadership and supporting a team.
  • Time Management Skills: Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • Adaptability: Efficient work practices and flexibility to adapt to changing demands.
  • Communication Skills: An individual who is happy to work independently but who can also adopt a collaborative approach and work closely with the Access Psych leadership team.
  • Qualifications: Allied Health qualifications are required for the role (Reg General Psych, MH Social Worker).
