Job Title:

City Works Maintenance Assistant

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair civil infrastructure including storm water maintenance pits, concrete, and minor civil repairs across roads and drainage areas;
  • Conduct easement inspections, including locating pits, entering data, digging, and probing to locate pits;
  • Clean activities across all civil infrastructure maintenance works within set specifications, including sweeping and brush cutting;

 

Requirements:

  • Construction or trades-related industry experience with knowledge and skills in Drainage and roads maintenance;
  • Ability to prioritize and plan own work with independent thinking and problem-solving skills and the ability to work individually or as part of a team;
  • Current Driver's Licence;
  • Experience in the use of various tools, plant, and mechanical equipment relating to civil maintenance;
