We are seeking an experienced Lawyer to join our Defendant Insurance team, specializing in institutional abuse claims. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing historical claims and developing strategies to resolve disputes.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with key stakeholders, including insurers and law firms, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Prepare high-quality briefing advice and files for mediation and settlement conferences.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to resolve disputes and achieve settlements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, ensuring timely and efficient access to critical information.
- Provide regular reports on cases to the Executive Director, highlighting key issues and progress.
