Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and personalised service to customers, ensuring they find their ideal jewellery piece(s).
  • Achieve set sales targets and KPIs through effective selling skills and product knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest products, sales strategies, and company policies through comprehensive training.
  • Contribute to operational tasks such as stock replenishment, ticketing, customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping.
