  • Sydney Metro and Regional Leadership - A Unique ChallengeEvery week is different as you step into leadership roles across multiple villages and communities in Sydney Metro and Regional areas, with the flexibility to travel interstate when required. At our organisation, we create vibrant, connected communities where residents feel at home, and we need a leader who can make that happen across multiple locations.
  • We're looking for a Relief Village Manager who can confidently lead village operations when permanent managers are on leave, while also delivering projects that drive innovation, enhance resident satisfaction, and improve operational efficiency. As a leader, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our communities by delivering strategic projects in asset management, operational excellence, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead people, operations, and customer experience in a variety of village settings.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with residents, committees, contractors, and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and organisational policies.
  • Partner with Area Managers and the Operations Leadership Team to deliver regional and organisational goals.
  • Take on projects that enhance efficiency, sustainability, safety, and resident satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Leadership experience in Retirement Living, property or asset management, hospitality, or a service-led environment.
  • Strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Confidence working with legislation, budgets, and compliance processes.
