Duties and Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret manufacturing drawings, diagrams, work orders, reports, and assembly instructions accurately.
  • Ensure control of assembly steps using provided assembly drawings.
  • Prepare product components for assembly and ensure they have been quality-tested thoroughly.
  • Perform assemblies to the highest quality standards using approved manufacturing procedures efficiently.
  • Inspect sub-assemblies for workmanship and compliance to documentation requirements.
  • Perform quality inspection throughout the assembly process effectively.
  • Maintain safe and clean working environment by adhering to procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Keep work area organized, efficient, and productive at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor with a positive attitude.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in electronics manufacturing is essential.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools to assemble products quickly and accurately.
  • Hand soldering experience is required.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and excellent manual dexterity are necessary.
  • Ability to read and interpret part drawings, understand dimensions, and tolerances is crucial.
  • Ability to work with small, detailed objects efficiently.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately without losing focus.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks without losing concentration.
  • Positive team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
