The occupational therapy team at Capable Therapy is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join their multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with children and adults with complex physical disabilities, including autism and neurological rehabilitation.

This full-time or part-time position offers a competitive salary package, as well as access to ongoing supervision, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.

As an Occupational Therapist with Capable Therapy, you will have the autonomy to manage your own caseload and schedule, while working closely with a passionate and experienced multidisciplinary team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to vulnerable individuals and families, and will be encouraged to grow and develop your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong passion for occupational therapy and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes. You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist who is:

  • Experienced in working with children and adults with complex physical disabilities
  • Possessing a relevant degree and AHPRA registration
  • Eligible to apply for NDIS Worker Screening and hold a current driver's license
