Operations Manager Role

This pivotal role has real impact, driving work order allocations & delivery, office operations, and business performance across the state.

About Operations Support
  • Lead and support an operations support team to ensure timely completion and closure of work orders, in line with KPIs.
  • Oversee office administration, contractor onboarding, and corporate services including fleet management, travel arrangements, and asset maintenance.
  • Manage contract administration, ensuring compliance with requirements and escalating issues affecting performance.
  • Deliver operational improvements and foster a culture of safety and inclusion.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Provide regular feedback and manage performance and conduct issues in a timely manner.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the flow of work orders to ensure timely completion and closure.
  • Preparing reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with regional and senior managers to ensure service delivery aligns with contract KPIs.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Implementing changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in operations support or office management with multi-region exposure.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach.
  • A valid driver's license.
