Job Title

Serve as the primary technical resource for the team, providing guidance and support on complex issues. Collaborate with team members to prioritize and address critical cases. Oversee the escalation process for complex or urgent issues requiring immediate attention and prioritize them accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical assistance to team members on complex issues.
  • Prioritize and address critical cases in collaboration with team members.
  • Manage the escalation process for urgent issues and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in an IT environment with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
  • Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MTA, LFS, MCSE, CompTIA A+.
  • Experience working with KCS methodology and video security products.
  • Expert knowledge of Avigilon Unity products and integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent communication abilities.

Essential Skills:

  • Deep understanding of troubleshooting logic and OSI model.
  • Ability to resolve complex technical issues and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and documentation skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
