Key Role in Product Design Strategy

Product Design Expertise Required

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the design strategy of our innovative products, driving business growth through effective product management.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyse market research data to inform product decisions, leveraging insights to drive strategic direction.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge, including web analytics, statistics, and market trends, to inform product development.
  • Record product defects and enhancement requests, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Assist in creating release notes, user documentation, and training materials, supporting customer adoption and success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced product management environment.
  • Industry-recognised Product Management certification(s) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Aha and Jira for product lifecycle management, as well as other relevant tools and technologies.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
