We are seeking a highly skilled UiPath Senior Business Analyst to join our team in the ACT, NSW, QLD, SA, VIC. This role involves driving automation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and deliver innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyse and document business processes for automation. Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities within business processes
  • Conducting detailed analysis of current processes and workflows to facilitate RPA solutions
  • Gathering and documenting business requirements
  • Developing RPA business cases and use cases for executive assessment
  • Facilitating workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders
  • Supporting User Acceptance Testing and the upfront identification of Success Criteria

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, strong understanding of RPA technologies and best practices, and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
