The FlexiStaff team is seeking a skilled Gardening Allrounder to join our roster of employees in the Canning Vale area.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a multi-faceted individual to start a career with our organization, which values people and culture above all else. As a Gardening Allrounder, you will be responsible for maintaining parks, ovals, verges, and streetscapes, as well as operating various gardening equipment, including ride-on mowers, hedgers, trimmers, brush cutters, whipper snippers, and blowers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining gardens and landscaping areas, including pruning, mulching, and weeding.
  • Operating heavy machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Carrying out tree maintenance tasks, including chainsaw operations and wood chipping.
  • Implementing effective weed and pest control measures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • A current White Card.
  • A National Police Clearance within the past 12 months.
  • A valid MR or HR Licence.
  • Cert III Horticulture (highly desirable).
  • Cert III Irrigation (highly desirable).

We offer a competitive salary of AU$34 - AU$36 per hour, plus penalties and superannuation.
