About the Role

As a Counter Team Member, your day will involve:

  • welcoming customers and providing product information
  • operating electronic equipment and learning product details
  • serving customers efficiently and courteously
  • processing refunds and exchanges
  • ensuring displays and the counter area are clean and tidy

You Will Need:

- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- high level of competence in written and spoken English

- ability to take direction and show initiative

- ongoing daytime availability and flexibility
