Inclusion Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Inclusion Support Professional to join our team at Bradford Jacobs. As an Inclusion Support Specialist, you will work closely with employees who are blind or low vision, providing them with the support and resources they need to succeed.
Your primary responsibilities will include client partnership, task and technology support, communication, and time management. You will assist clients with navigating physical spaces, attending meetings, and ensuring barrier-free access during events. You will also provide technical assistance with tasks such as note-taking, document translation, and creating accessible content.
To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or workplace inclusion support roles. You will possess excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new technologies. Travel may be required, both domestically and internationally, so you must be willing to adapt to changing circumstances.
This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and a hybrid model that allows for a balance of remote and in-office work.
