About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering hands-on training to internal and external stakeholders on Tesla's charging infrastructure and battery energy storage projects.

The ideal candidate will have full electrical certification, excellent written and spoken English skills, strong facilitation and interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to travel to support training in the field. Experience with coaching and training is a plus.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver hands-on training to internal and external stakeholders
  • Support training content creation
  • Provide remote technical support to third-party service providers
  • Onboard new service team members and provide initial training
  • Act as the main technical lead for containment and retrofit campaigns

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Full electrical certification (A-Grade)
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Strong facilitation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to travel to support training in the field
