Job Title: Graduate Digital Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

This role presents a unique opportunity to develop skills in digital marketing, working with experienced professionals who drive award-winning campaigns.

As a Graduate Digital Marketing Assistant, you will support the setup, implementation, optimisation, and reporting of performance-led campaigns across paid media platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

Responsibilities include monitoring daily campaign performance, checking budget pacing, bid strategies, and key performance indicators, as well as optimising campaigns based on data insights and conducting A/B tests on ad creatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A degree in marketing, business, economics, or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
  • Curiosity about data, analytics, and how paid media drives business results.
  • Ability to learn quickly and follow through on tasks.
  • Emotional intelligence and easy collaboration with team members.
