Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Geospatial Analyst to join our team, who will work with clients to analyze and interpret geographic information using various GIS tools and technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geospatial analysis and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Collect, process, and analyze geospatial data from multiple sources
- Create maps, charts, and other visualizations to communicate complex spatial information
- Develop and maintain geospatial databases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making processes
- Provide technical expertise on geospatial analysis methodologies
- Proficiency in GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of Azure Maps
- Baseline security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Experience with remote sensing and image analysis
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for geospatial analysis
