Job Title: Lead Educator

This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on children's lives and shape the future of education.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate educator who can support and guide children's learning and development, creating a safe, supportive and engaging play-based learning environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification, a Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card, and a Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with your team to create a nurturing environment that promotes children's social, emotional, physical and cognitive development.
  • Use your skills and ideas to design and implement play-based learning programs that cater to diverse needs and interests.
  • Support and guide children's learning and development, so they become curious, capable and confident lifelong learners.
