Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, review, and update configuration and procedural documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Plan, coordinate, and administer tasks in support of critical infrastructure configuration change, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption.
  • Prepare, develop, update, and manage documentation relevant to facility standard configuration, including technical specifications and operational procedures.
  • Provide technical advice on proposed changes to facility infrastructure and systems, from general concepts through to detailed IFC designs, ensuring alignment with program objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Support stakeholder engagement, communication, and requirement definition, fostering collaboration and ensuring clear understanding of project scope and objectives.
  • Develop and implement change management practices for critical infrastructure, ensuring effective risk management and minimizing potential disruptions.
  • Support the integration, coordination, compilation, and communication of technical information, recommendations, and advice relevant to facility infrastructure, systems, and equipment, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination.
  • Provide technical recommendations, input, direction, and advice on facilities system, infrastructure, and equipment reliability, operation, maintenance, and life-cycle management, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all site environmental health and safety requirements, adhering to regulatory standards and Amentum's EHS policies.
Qualifications
  • Certificate IV or equivalent in a relevant or related discipline.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant or related field.
  • PMP Certification.
  • Post Graduate Qualifications in a relevant or related discipline.
Tickets and Licenses
  • Driver's License.
Desirable Tickets and Licenses
  • Australian White Card.
Experience
  • Minimum Essential: Power generation and distribution, Load management, Data center power systems, Configuration management, Building management and control systems, Facilities operation and maintenance, HVAC, Project management, Leadership and management.
Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands

Ability to lift up to 10 kg independently.

Security Clearance Requirement

It is a condition of employment at Amentum that employees obtain and retain the appropriate level of security clearance and medical clearance applicable to each role. The employee will/may require a TSPV Department of Defense Security Clearance (Australian) or TS/SCI (U.S.) clearance.

Statement of Work Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Able to fluently read, write, and speak English.
EHS Requirement

All OASIS personnel are responsible for understanding and complying with all site environmental, health, and safety requirements. While OASIS is responsible for providing a safe workplace and ensuring compliance with requirements of the JDFPG Handbook, each person is responsible for:

  • Completing work tasks in a safe manner.
  • Reporting any unsafe acts or conditions to their supervisor and/or OASIS PMO/EHS Manager.
  • Continuous adherence to the environmental, health, and safety procedures outlined in the JDFPG Handbook during the performance of their work.
  • Red-Carding a Job - Employee right and responsibility to 'STOP WORK' if a job is unsafe or poses a danger to the environment.
