
Support Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Professional to provide effective administrative assistance and accurate and timely support to our Executive Directors and Senior Team members.
This role requires professional discretion in dealing with confidential matters and working collaboratively across multiple sites.
About the Role:
- Provide personal administrative support and assistance to the Executive Directors and Senior team members and provide backup support to senior leaders when needed
- Manage and maintain Executives and Senior team members schedules and appointments
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents as required
- Maintain an organised filing system of paper and electronic documents
- Conduct research, collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documents
- Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and corporate events (both internal and external)
- Involvement in meetings and taking of minutes as required
- Co-ordinate project-based work as required
- Order and stock office supplies as required
- Meet and greet visitors on site, sign them in and direct them as appropriate
- Book travel in line with company policy for senior leaders
- Other duties as requested by senior leaders
- Provide support across multiple sites
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as an Administrative Assistant reporting directly to senior management
- NV1 Security Clearance eligible preferred

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of professional discretion
- Ability to take accountability for tasks
- Exceptional teamwork, leadership and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft office with an ability to adapt readily to organisational programs and software
- Strong organisation, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
- Well-developed communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proven Ability to prioritise, manage and take accountability for work demands and deliver outcomes
- Self-motivated, results oriented with a high level of attention to detail
- Must be able to relate readily to all people within the organisation
Special Circumstances:
- Successful performance requires the incumbent to be available to work varied hours as dictated by business needs (including weekends and public holidays on occasion)
- The incumbent will have the ability to handle pressure & cope with sudden surges in work volume
