What's the Role About?
We're seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join our Commercial Finance team. Our team's vision is to deliver the best possible basis for decision-making to our stakeholders. As a Senior Finance Analyst, you'll drive business performance by advising, influencing, and maximising value from investments.
You'll apply strong commercial expertise, external market awareness, and judgement to perform complex analysis and build dynamic financial models. You'll work closely with senior business stakeholders and finance colleagues to understand business issues, identify relevant data inputs, and build complex financial models.
As a Senior Finance Analyst, you'll be empowered to make recommendations to business leaders based on financial analysis against specific business issues and outcomes. You'll be part of a team that's at the heart of all big projects shaping and delivering the Partnership Strategy.

Day-to-Day, What Will You Be Doing?
- Producing and delivering insight for your area of responsibility to time and quality standards.
- Performing commercial analysis and complex financial modelling to inform the likely financial implications of different options or scenarios.
- Working directly with senior business stakeholders and finance colleagues to understand business issues, identify relevant data inputs, and build complex financial models.
- Supporting the central planning team with the development and maintenance of financial plans for your area of responsibility.
What You'll Have:
- An accounting qualification or equivalent experience.
- A curiosity mindset.
- Ability to interrogate financial accounts.
- The ability to communicate with finance and non-finance senior stakeholders.
Desirable:
- Retail experience.
