Support Professional

We are seeking skilled, compassionate individuals to join our team as Support Professionals.

Our goal is to create a supportive community where everyone can thrive. We focus on skill development for individuals navigating life transitions and daily assistance in their homes or communities.

This role involves delivering exceptional service while supporting clients to achieve their goals outlined in their NDIS plans. Key responsibilities include:

  • Working independently to provide tailored support and maintain/improve client independence
  • Responding to client needs and collaborating positively with families, support networks, and others
  • Maintaining accurate records of activities through progress notes
  • Working within the NDIS Code of Conduct

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) and willingness to obtain if not already held
  • Working with Children Blue card
  • Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module
  • First aid + CPR Certificate
  • An understanding of NDIS principles and commitment to its values
  • Ability to work in partnership with NDIS participants to achieve their goals
  • A passion for assisting individuals with disabilities to improve their quality of life and reach their potential
  • Driver's Licence and own car (willingness to use for transporting clients when required)
  • COVID-19 Vaccination (a Queensland Government requirement)
