Production Leadership Role

Key Responsibilities

This role offers the opportunity to oversee production activities, ensuring compliance with legislative, regulatory, and quality standards. You will supervise and support a small team of health practitioners and clinical assistants in the production and manufacturing of multiple tissue types.

  • Provide expert clinical and technical advice on tissue recovery, production methods, and implementing new techniques.
  • Oversee production to maintain the highest clinical and technical standards.
  • Contribute to developing policies, procedures, and training programs for best practice and continuous improvement.
Requirements

You are an experienced clinical professional with strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for advancing tissue banking services. A relevant degree in medical science, science, or a related field is required, with postgraduate qualifications or substantial experience highly regarded.

  • Demonstrated expertise (or the ability to quickly acquire expertise) in tissue recovery and processing, including adherence to complex frameworks.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and lead effectively.
  • Committed to professional integrity, collaboration, and ongoing learning, with excellent communication skills.
