We are seeking a highly skilled Program Scheduler to contribute to a significant government transformation initiative.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain integrated master schedules for large-scale programs, utilizing robust project management techniques.
- Perform resource allocation, critical path analysis, and milestone tracking using advanced tools such as Microsoft Project or equivalent software.
- Collaborate with multiple project managers to consolidate schedules, identify dependencies, and provide impact analysis.
- Identify potential schedule risks and support mitigation planning efforts.
- Present complex schedule information to stakeholders at various levels, ensuring effective communication.
- Experience with Agile release planning and mapping to broader program schedules is highly desirable, enabling seamless integration of multiple projects.
