Join Our Team as a Support Worker

Are you passionate about providing high-quality care to older Australians in the community?

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients to live at home independently for as long as possible.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care assistance to clients with daily living tasks, including showering and dressing.
  • Assist clients with transportation to appointments and shopping.
  • Prepare meals and snacks for clients.
  • Offer social support and respite for family carers.
Requirements:
  • A Certificate 3 or 4 in Individual Support is highly regarded.
  • An Australian driver's license and access to a registered motor vehicle are essential.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact in the lives of our clients.
