About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Registration Clerk at Cars24. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the registration process of vehicles, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the registration process of vehicles, including ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and timely processing of paperwork.
  • Acquire vehicles bought and process registration documents.
  • Liaise with Service NSW for over-the-counter transactions and maintain a positive relationship on behalf of Cars24.
  • Enter data accurately and ensure our systems are up-to-date and correct.
  • Provide support to the sales team and other stakeholders as needed.
Requirements
  • Candidate must have a customer-first mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar position is preferred.
  • Knowledge of state motor vehicle registration regulations is preferred.
  • Experience in computer systems and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure during busy periods and manage multiple tasks.
