To succeed in this role, you will need:
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and fostering a positive work environment.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform decision-making.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Knowledge of retail software systems, including point-of-sale, inventory management, and visual merchandising tools.
