**Job Overview**

We're on the hunt for a skilled professional to spearhead our data strategy and drive business growth through actionable insights.

This is a leadership-level role that will see you develop and manage our central data warehouse, deliver predictive models and strategic reporting, and empower teams across the organisation with confidence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Co-designing and managing our data warehouse and pipelines
  • Delivering predictive and strategic insights that influence decisions org-wide
  • Translating complex data into beautiful dashboards and engaging written insights
  • Leading, supporting, and coaching our Data & Insights Support Officer
  • Working with teams to define KPIs, track progress, and build decision-ready reporting

You'll need to be comfortable with technical complexity, but also brilliant at communicating it. Your mix of data science, visualisation, and storytelling skills will be invaluable in empowering teams to access and use insights with confidence.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

We're looking for someone with experience managing or building a data warehouse, proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and at least one of R or Python, and the ability to communicate complex insights clearly, visually, and with impact.

Additional requirements include:

  • Experience in data modelling, analytics, or forecasting
  • Curiosity, self-drive, and excitement by challenges
  • Mentoring or leading others (formal or informal)
  • Ability to work across teams and support non-technical users to use data well
