Business Transformation Specialist

- Develop and maintain thorough requirements documentation for the new CRM system.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A solid understanding of project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
