Senior Network Automation Engineer

Talent International is seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Automation Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the networking engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the team's network automation efforts, shaping the culture of the team, and contributing to the automation roadmap and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement network automation solutions using Python scripting, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain automation and orchestration tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, and Bitbucket.
- Provide technical expertise in network automation, including advanced Python scripting skills, and experience with core networking, data centre technologies, and firewalls/load balancers.
- Develop and maintain documentation for network automation solutions and tools.
- Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts to resolve network automation-related issues.
- Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant industry certifications.
- Proven network automation experience gained within large, enterprise environments.
- Advanced Python scripting skills.
- Proven experience in the design and architecture of automation and orchestration tools.
- Strong knowledge of core networking, data centre technologies, and firewalls/load balancers.
- Superior troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong teamwork and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work independently as required.
