Job Opportunity

As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to work with various departments across multiple locations. Your role will be to provide exceptional customer service, manage visitor parking, and support vehicle pick up schedules.

About the Role
  • Meet and greet customers in a professional manner.
  • Direct customers for vehicle servicing, repairs, and parts purchasing.
  • Collect and return customer vehicles for servicing in a friendly, safe, and timely manner.
  • Direct and manage visitor parking.
  • Collaborate with Service Advisors to support vehicle pick up schedules.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Able to maintain a professional presentation.
  • Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work outdoors when required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A valid Australian driver's license.
  • Sound knowledge of WH&S.
