We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Employment Support Consultant.
Job OverviewThis position involves providing ongoing support to customers with disabilities, including workplace modifications, training, and development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Providing employment support services to customers with disabilities
- Collaborating with employers and stakeholders to identify and address barriers to employment
- Developing and implementing customized support plans for customers
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong understanding of the challenges faced by people with disabilities in the workforce
- The ability to build strong relationships with customers, employers, and stakeholders
